The Crown Treasury Commissioner Kazimierz Granowski examined the case between Jews from the newly founded city of Komarów belonging to Michał Wielhorski, the Sielec starost, and the rabbi and elders from the community of Tyszowce, who imposed the Jewish poll tax on innkeepers from the hereditary villages of the noblemen, i.e. on Brzozowa Wola and Księżostany. Referring to the verdict of the Radom treasury tribunal of June 9, 1751, and the resolution of Grand Crown Treasurer Karol Sedlnicki of August 17, 1751, the commissioner ordered the Jews of Komarów to pay the Jewish poll tax in the amount of 60 zlotys for 10 years to the Tyszowce kahal, and after that period in accordance with the new tax allocation established by the Bełz community. He ordered the elder of Komarów to take an oath before the castle court of Grabowiec, to assure that the leaseholders from Brzozowa Wola and Księżostany were contributing to the poll tax imposed on the Jews of Komarów. He also confirmed the sovereignty of the Tyszowce and Zamość communities over the Jews of Zubowice, Dub, Siemnice, Śniatycze, Wólka Śniatycka, Dzierążnia, Łabunie, and Wólka Łabuńska. For the loss of jurisdiction over Jews from Księżostany and Brzozowa Wola, he obliged the Jews of Komarów to pay the Tyszowce rabbi 30 zlotys of annual compensation and also abolished mutual financial claims.
